Wade Robson is breaking his silence on the Michael Jackson sex abuse allegations ... and it sounds like he's about to drop a bombshell.
Robson surfaced at JFK this morning -- unsuccessfully trying to stay low-key in a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.
But when the paps recognized Robson, they immediately blasted the guy with questions about his accusation -- that MJ molested him when he was a kid.
TMZ broke the story ...Robson claims MJ was a monster who sexually abused him for years ... but he didn't take action sooner because he repressed the memories.
The MJ estate says Robson's allegations are completely bogus.
Robson says he'll open up about the situation tomorrow.

two recent high-profile sex abuse trials have ended with landmark rulings.
1. Consult with at least one child abuse expert in developing policies
6. Don't investigate - report

7. Needless to say, it will be difficult to regulate a sex offender in the church if the committee charged with his oversight also includes a sex offender.

Police call on abuse victims to report all historic cases By By ALEX DRUCE May 12, 2013, midnight
TASMANIA Police has revealed that almost a quarter of sexual assaults reported since July 2012 were committed more than a year before the alleged victims spoke up, with some cases dating back to the 1970s.
Acting deputy commissioner Donna Adams said the 2011-12 reporting period showed a similar gap between the alleged assault and the time it was reported, with some cases dating back to the 1950s.
Ms Adams acknowledged the complex nature of "cold case" investigations, but urged victims of historical child sexual abuse to continue to report incidents.
"Such investigations are often difficult and complex due to the passage of time," Ms Adams said.
"But Tasmania Police actively encourages victims of any crime, and certainly child sexual abuse, to report all such incidents.
"All reports are reviewed by a senior officer to determine the most appropriate course of action in moving forward."
Ms Adams's comments followed a prediction by a West Australian academic that hundreds of people across the country would be reporting cases to police after the start of the national royal commission into child sexual abuse.

In an ABC interview, Professor Caroline Taylor, head of the Social Justice Research Centre at Edith Cowan University, talked about her five-year study that looked at how Victoria Police responded to adults reporting sexual assault.
Aside from predicting a rise in the reporting of historical abuse cases, Professor Taylor criticised Victoria Police for its attitude towards assaults that happened years ago.
Professor Taylor said there were officers worried about a lack of evidence, and others who believed that some were better off putting their abuse behind them.
The royal commission into child sexual abuse started a new phase this week with victims from institutions relating their experiences in face-to-face private sessions. The royal commission will travel across Australia conducting private sessions in capital cities and regional locations.

STORY HIGHLIGHTSNEW: AEG Live lawyer denies any connection between sex claim and death trial
Robson, at Jackson's 2005 trial, denied he was sexually abused
He was one of Jackson's "strongest witnesses," attorney Tom Mesereau says
Attorney: Wade Robson's claim against Michael Jackson is "outrageous and pathetic"
Los Angeles (CNN) -- A dancer-choreographer has filed a claim against Michael Jackson's estate related to alleged child sex abuse by the late pop icon.
Wade Robson, now 30, denied in testimony at Jackson's child molestation trial in 2005 that he had been molested by the singer.
Two months after Jackson's death in 2009, Robson said they had "a wonderful relationship" and he called Jackson "a kind human being."
The lawyer for Jackson's estate called the new accusations "outrageous and pathetic."
The details of the allegation are sealed by the Los Angeles probate court where Robson's lawyer filed the claim last week, according to a court document obtained Tuesday by CNN.
The deadline has long passed for creditors to file claims against Jackson's estate, but Robson is asking the probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim.Van Halen on Michael Jackson: Sweet guy Jackson wrongful death trial under way
The sealed documents include an affidavit from Dr. David Arredondo, a San Francisco-based child psychiatrist, the filing said.
Jackson was acquitted of child molestation charges in 2005, partly based on the testimony of Robson, his sister and his mother.
"It's absurd," said Tom Mesereau, the lawyer who successfully defended Jackson in the trial. "He was one of the strongest witnesses for the defense at Michael Jackson's criminal trial in 2005. He was adamant under oath that he had never been molested at any time."
A housekeeper at Jackson's Neverland Ranch testified that she saw Jackson showering naked with Robson during a visit in the early 1990s, but he denied it at the trial.
"He withstood very aggressive cross-examination by the prosecutor," Mesereau told CNN Tuesday. "He stood his ground and never wavered in saying Michael Jackson had done absolutely nothing improper to him."
Robson met Jackson in his native Australia when he was just 5. Jackson invited him for frequent stays at Neverland after Robson and his family moved to Los Angeles two years later. Their visits continued until he was 13, according to court testimony.
Robson paid tribute to Jackson In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" to promote his choreography work on the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2009.
"I just had a wonderful relationship," he said. "I learned so much from him, as an artist and as a kind human being, and it's my goal to just try and continue as much as I can in my own little world that legacy."
"We talk so much about him as the pop legend, which is important, but it's nice to remember that he was a man, that he was a father," Robson said. "And that's what it's really about is a father and his children, and he was a wonderful dad."
The 2005 trial in Santa Barbara County, California, centered on charges that Jackson had molested a 13-year-old cancer survivor who often visited his ranch. He was also charged with plying the boy with alcohol, and conspiring to abduct, extort and falsely imprison the child and his family. He was acquitted on all counts.
"I've known Michael for a long time. I've spent many hours talking to him about everything. I trust him. I trust him with my children," Joy Robson, the mother of Wade Robson, testified when called as a prosecution witness.
Robson said she let Wade, who was then 7, and daughter Chantal sleep in Jackson's bedroom from the first visit.
"Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic," Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman said in a prepared statement. "This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."
Mesereau said it was "suspicious timing" for the claim to be filed at the start of the trial of the Michael Jackson wrongful death case, in which Jackson's mother and children are suing concert promoter AEG Live.
AEG Live lawyers have said they would bring up the child molestation charges against Jackson as part of their defense.
Coincidentally, Robson is artistic director for singer Demi Lovato's tour, which is being promoted by AEG Live, according to his website.
When asked about it Wednesday, AEG Live attorney Marvin Putman denied there was any connection between the sex abuse accusation and the current trial.

Appreciation for those who stood up to Catholic Church hierarchy: Editorial
http://blog.nj.com/njv_editorial_page/2013/05/appreciation_for_those_who_sto.html
Criticizing the Catholic Church is not easy for a politician. The church is naturally organized, politically engaged, and many of its followers are fiercely loyal. The easy path is to be quiet, to keep a safe distance.
So take a moment to appreciate the courage shown by those few politicians who have called for the resignation of Newark Archbishop John Myers over his failure to abide by a legally binding agreement to keep a sexually abusive priest away from children.
Myers has still not said a word. He sent his spokesman out to indignantly deny the agreement was broken, and then sent him back a few days later to admit that it was indeed broken. The archbishop's personal silence, in the face of a storm of protest, testifies to his inability to justify his failure to protect children under his care.
Among those who called for Myers' resignation is Sen. Barbara Buono (D-Middlesex), the likely Democratic candidate for governor. Gov. Chris Christie has so far punted, saying he wanted to speak with the archbishop first. Nearly two weeks have passed since the news broke, and still no word from the governor's office on his conversastion with Myers.
Our outspoken governor, in other words, is taking shelter in the safe haven of silence.
Sen. Joe Vitale (D-Middlesex) and Assemblywoman Valerie Huttle (D-Bergen), both wrote heartfelt op-ed pieces in the Star-Ledger calling for Myers to resign. And U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone (D-6th) and Senate President Stephen Sweeney (D-Gloucester) issued statements to the same effect.
All of these politicians are Catholic, with the exception of Buono, who was raised Catholic and converted to Judaism when she married a Jewish man.
That's no surprise. To find most vehement objections to the behavior of the church hierarchy over its handling of sexual abuse cases, go to your local church. Many Catholics feel betrayed, that something they treasure has been tarnished.
And not all members of the hierarchy treat the problem as casually as Myers has. Trenton Bishop David O'Connell acted swiftly to accept the resignation of the Rev. Thomas Triggs, pastor of St. Mary's Parish in Colts Neck, whose youth ministers invited the abusive priest, Michael Fugee, to attend youth retreats and other activities with teens in the parish.
A diocesan priest, the Rev. John Bambrick, is an advocate for victims of clergy sexual abuse, has been outspoken about Myers behavior, saying Myers has "erased 10 years of hard work by the church in the United States to ensure people are safe."
It is gratifying to see Myers' silence answered with such conviction. This is not just a church matter. Myers' representative signed a legal agreement with prosecutors in Bergen County. Any citizen has a right to object. The politicians who have done so, and the members of the church who have, deserve our gratitude for stepping up on behalf of children.

Warning! Facebook Can Ruin Your Case
http://www.northcarolinapersonalinjurylawyerblog.com/2013/05/warning-facebook-can-ruin-your.html?
Your Posts Can Make Or Break Your Case
While your posts may seem harmless at the time, they can make or break your personal injury case. Recently, Courts have decided that the social media profiles of the parties to a legal action may be discoverable evidence, and that a person's social media profiles can be requested by an opposing attorney as long as the profile and its contents are relevant to the legal action.
What this means for you is that a defense lawyer has the right to ask to see your social media profiles and to examine the contents of those profiles up to and including any posts, messages, and pictures that are deemed to be relevant to your case.
Relevancy is interpreted broadly, and it is likely that any posts, pictures, or messages that
are located on your profile will be discoverable, meaning that the information will be able to be seen by defense lawyers and possibly a jury once your case goes to trial.
It is the defense lawyer's goal to portray the Plaintiff in a bad light and often times they will use any means necessary in order to do so. However, there are certain steps that you can take to avoid having your social media profiles negatively affect the outcome of your case. Following these easy tips will prevent any harmful post-injury information posted on your profile from becoming a tool that the defense can use against you.
"Privacy" Is Not A Valid Objection
When you join Facebook or other media sharing site, you are agreeing that your information is not private, even with the use of privacy settings. As a Facebook or other social media user, you are actively making information about yourself available on websites intended to be shared by other users. Even "non-public" sections of your profile will likely be discoverable as Courts favor a broad interpretation of what is relevant, and to conclude otherwise would excuse a plaintiff that tried to obscure information from self-imposed privacy settings.
Tips
-After you are injured or involved in an accident, freeze your account activity and change your privacy settings so that only you can post information to your profile and only friends may see your profile, this prevents anyone from posting to your accounts after the accident has occurred and also will prevent the general public from being able to access your profile from an internet search.
-Do not post anything regarding the injuries that you have sustained, how you are feeling, or any activities that you are doing, this includes "private messages" to friends, family, or co-workers.
-Do not post ANY pictures to your accounts following your injury as these pictures will be discoverable and may be used against you to show activity levels, your mood, or the extent of your injuries.
-Do not delete any old pictures or posts as this will look suspicious to defense lawyers. If deemed relevant, this information can and will still be found as it is backed up on the social media sites servers and by tampering with the information after your accident or injury you will raise suspicion as to why the post or pictures were deleted.
Following these four easy tips may prevent any post-injury information posted to your social media profiles from negatively affecting your case. Remember even though the information you post may seem private to you, once it is posted on the internet it no longer remains private and can be used against you.
